Mantissa Design & Consultant is a Dhaka-based engineering and design consultancy established in 1997.
Its capabilities and documented experience span planning, architectural design, structural and foundation engineering, technical documentation, construction coordination, site supervision and existing-building intervention.
By integrating architectural design with rigorous structural analysis, we coordinate complex engineering parameters and execution realities directly. We work closely with developers, public agencies and building contractors to ensure that every project is engineered to standard building codes, material optimization, and structural durability.
Our practice relies on verifiable professional evidence rather than unsupported metrics. By keeping historical records transparently documented, we maintain a clear timeline of professional activity spanning from initial feasibility studies up to site supervision and final handover.
